No CommentsWho has time to reflect back on past projects and evaluate past performance? Most entrepreneurs I know would enjoy the opportunity to look back at past projects and reflect on what made them work and what went wrong. But to do so would require precious time that could be devoted to the next project and the next venture.

I’m thinking of sending out holiday cards this year saying, “Wishing You All the Bad Luck in 2018.” Maybe I’ll add a skull and crossbones, use dark and dreary colors, and use paper that looks like I pulled it out of the trash. I wonder if Hallmark or American Greetings have thought of this yet?

Some people just wear me out. You know what I’m talking about. There are those people who cause you to triple-think everything you say and every action you make for fear they will take offense. And when they become offended, it is weeks of diligent work to get them un-offended.

When you ask someone to do something, do they immediately do it, or do you have to hound them to get it done? CONVERSELY When you are asked to do something, do you immediately do it, or do you wait to be hounded before you decide to get it done?
