What is stressing you today? Part of being an entrepreneur and small business owner is to live in a world of stress.

One of my favorite parts of my job is to interview potential employees. During those interviews, one of my standard requests is for the potential new hire to tell me about a disagreement they had and how it was resolved.

Bottlenecks do have beneficial uses.

You’re given a long-awaited promotion. This new position is exactly what you are dreaming. You are climbing the corporate ladder, and finally, you get to start enjoying some of the perks of being in management. You have worked hard for this opportunity, and you’re not going to miss it.

“That is so rude of you to say that.” I’ve heard this phrase, or some derivative of it, occasionally used and I’m not exactly sure what it means.
