The key to keeping all four of those aspects in balance is to follow Jesus daily.  He is the kingpin to keeping everything in balance.  We, on our own, do not have to worry about which aspect is more important.  The command of God and the teachings of Jesus will show that to us.

It is the foundation of organizational stability that provides employees with a sense of confidence, security, and optimism during times of disruptive change, which, in turn, allows them to keep calm, act rationally, and adapt effectively as the situation evolves.

Business leaders need to be aware, but more importantly, be experienced.  Your leadership is predicated on people believing your message, and if they know the source of your message, just like knowing and experiencing God’s love, the stronger their conviction will be in following you.

As business leaders, we need to know how we will measure our success, and the yardsticks we use will define the pleasure we get for the hours we invest in our work. 

Indeed, failures in self-control characterize many of the personal and social problems afflicting modern civilization, including substance abuse, criminal activities, domestic violence, financial difficulties, teen pregnancy, smoking, and obesity. But too much self-control can be problematic.

For business leaders and entrepreneurs, as we work with our team members, employees, and peers, we need to learn how their best manifests itself.  One solution is to develop a metric that is different for everyone against which we can measure performance and commitment.

Business innovation is when companies implement new processes, ideas, services, or products with the goal of boosting the bottom line.

When given a request, take time to reflect. Take a deep breath, think through all your priorities, and provide an honest time when you will respond.  If the request is genuinely urgent, your decision at that point is whether to allow this person to change your priorities or not.

Everybody can do what the job requires, but not everybody can add the smile, the response, and the attention.  Customers come back to your business because of the value you add to your job.

Disruptive innovation is a term in the field of business administration which refers to an innovation that creates a new market and value network, that eventually disrupts an existing market and value network by displacing established market-leading firms, products, and alliances.
